Refund Policy

Last updated: 24 July 2026

1. Free access before you subscribe

Signing up for a NightingalePrep account is completely free and does not require a card. Every new account gets limited sample access to the platform — a capped number of lessons and practice questions — so you can try things out before committing to anything. The full question bank, full-length practice exam, and interactive tools unlock once you choose a paid plan. When you do, you'll be taken to secure Stripe checkout, and your card will be charged immediately for the plan you select; your subscription will then auto-renew every billing period after that until you cancel.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can turn off auto-renewal anytime from your account page — either the "Turn off auto-renewal" button or Stripe's billing portal. This stops future renewal charges; you keep full access until the end of your current paid period, and you will not be charged again after that. You can turn auto-renewal back on at any point before the period ends.

3. Refunds after a charge

Because you get instant access to our full library of questions, lessons, and downloadable materials, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you'd already cancelled), contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate and issue a refund if a mistake was made on our end.

4. Annual plan retake guarantee

Annual subscribers who complete the course and sit their exam, but do not pass, are eligible for a free extension of their subscription while they prepare to retake it. Contact support with your exam result to request this extension — see Pricing for full plan details.

5. How to request a refund or exception

Email support@nightingaleprep.net or use our contact form, including your account email and the reason for your request. We review requests individually and will respond within a few business days.

6. Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you have under the law of your country or state, including consumer protection laws that may entitle you to a refund or remedy regardless of this policy (for example, the Australian Consumer Law for customers in Australia).
