NightingalePrep was built by registered nurses who understand, firsthand, what it actually takes to prepare for the NCLEX-RN — and who wanted to build the kind of resource they wished they'd had.
Who we are
We're a team of registered nurses who are passionate about helping nursing degree holders successfully pass the NCLEX-RN exam. Having gone through nursing education and licensure exam preparation ourselves, we understand the pressure, the cost, and the time commitment that traditional exam prep can demand — and we set out to build something better.

Comprehension over memorization
The NCLEX-RN doesn't reward memorized facts — it tests clinical judgment: how you think through a patient scenario, prioritize, and decide what to do next. That's why every practice question comes with a detailed rationale explaining not just what the correct answer is, but why it's correct and why the other options aren't. Our goal isn't to help you memorize answers — it's to help you actually understand the reasoning well enough to apply it to a scenario you've never seen before, which is exactly what the real exam requires.
